Here at Web Design Dr our site designs are based from your marketing goals, therefore your role in the web design process is very crucial. Experience has shown us that the best web sites are produced at the lowest cost when these guidelines are followed.

• Use email. Email is the most effective method for communicating with us, particularly because it gives us both a written record. Please use it whenever possible.
• Be clear on what your goals are. For us to be most effective in achieving your marketing strategy you must be clear with your goals. Let us know what you want from your web site. This does not mean you have to have all the answers but we do ask that you be concise with your ideas.
• Decide on content. Decide what content you want to present on your web site. Most often then not most clients don't know how to organize or start the process; this is why we have created a streamlined design process. We will be in charge of designing the how and where - the formatting and layout.
• Deliver content to us in an organized and timely manner. Text should be finalized, proofread and ready for publication. Graphics should be named carefully and sent in an orderly way. Our projected completion time is dependent on this step; delay in content means a delay in posting date.
• Offer clear, helpful feedback to design drafts. Obviously you're the expert in your field and conversely we have exclusive knowledge in ours, therefore please ask for our advise; we will be happy to give it. Often times clients feel obligated to have all the answers, the burden of designing should be ours.
